Resignation of BioLytical Europe Ltd As European Agent for Insti Kit

It is with regret that we should find ourselves writing this notification but due to continuing difficulties which we have found with the distribution of Insti Kit in Europe we have decided that it is time for us to focus our attention elsewhere.

Over the past few years we have invested heavily in the promotion and distribution of what we still consider to be the WORLDS LEADING RAPID HIV TESTING KIT, this as you can imagine has taken up a great deal of our time, money and resources. Sadly our efforts have not seen the kind of reward that we would have expected after operating on such a project for such a long length of time.

The UK Company has sadly suffered massive financial loss and the directors have decided that it is not possible to invest further funds in such a difficult marketplace. With immediate effect BioLytical Europe Ltd has no option but to cease to trade.

We are sure that this resignation and termination will have little effect upon the valued clients we have built up over the past few years. All accounts will now be handled by the Head Office in Canada – details to be found at the end of this notification. If you are waiting for kits these will now be sent directly from Canada, all future orders should be placed with Canada directly and any enquires, concerns or communication of any kind should now be sent directly to Canada as the UK office is no longer operating.

We are sure your involvement with Insti Kit will continue to flourish, we are proud of what we have achieved in Europe over the years, building a sound foundation for the future. It is unfortunate we were unable to reap the reward of our investment but continuing difficulties have meant it impossible for us to move forward. We hope that the new management at Head Office can achieve all that they wish to achieve with the kit and we wish all of you well with future sales and distribution.
